Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns Due to the intimate nature of our products (soaps and skincare) and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned to stock.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we are happy to help:

  • Please email us at info@noraherbal.com within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing photos/video of the damaged item.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot accept a cancellation.

4. Refunds

  • If your refund is approved (for damaged/missing items or pre-dispatch cancellations), it will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
